About the role
- Achieve sales goals in the assigned territory
- Deliver adoption of 2D and 4D intracardiac echocardiography
- Develop the structural heart imaging market within the territory
- Build relationships with physicians and hospital staff
- Execute strategic sales plans and foster strong customer relationships
- Communicate business-related issues to management
- Mentor new sales staff members.
Requirements
- Minimum of a BA/BS
- 7 years professional work experience
- 5+ years of sales experience in cardiovascular medical devices
- Experience selling and managing structural heart products and therapies preferred
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Experience working in a matrixed organization
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
