About the role
- Lead functional analysis of complex order management scenarios and Manufacturing-to-commercial system integrations.
- Independently validate interfaces, data flows, and exception handling scenarios.
- Support end-to-end CE Execution testing and deployment readiness.
- Independently execute complex functional activities across solution confirmation, testing, and deployment phases.
- Support and mentor Functional Analysts, providing guidance on functional approach and quality standards.
- Proactively identify functional risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities and escalate as needed.
- Lead or coordinate Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities within the domain.
- Support defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Provide senior functional support during deployment and hypercare.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant business, technical, or scientific discipline.
- A minimum of four years of professional experience.
- Strong hands-on functional expertise within the relevant domain in a GxP-regulated environment.
- Experience supporting complex ERP or SAP S/4HANA deployments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience preferred.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading junior analysts preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time both domestically and internationally.
