About the role
- Own the global IRM product vision, roadmap, and ongoing delivery for ServiceNow IRM modules (risk assessment, issue & audit management, compliance case management, change/regulatory management, and AI-enabled workflows)
- Lead digital transformation of risk management through complex technology implementations from planning through go-live and sustainment
- Coordinate cross-functional, matrixed teams and manage stakeholder engagement at all levels, including senior leadership
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and solution designs
- Establish and track KPIs and performance measures; report program status and outcomes
- Drive process improvement using frameworks like Lean/Six Sigma and develop playbooks and governance
- Ensure solutions meet compliance, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Provide subject-matter expertise on risk, compliance, audit, and issue management
- Provide support to the additional Enterprise Risk Management solutions ensuring process efficiency and strategic alignment with IRM
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (JD or Master’s preferred)
- 8–10+ years of relevant experience in risk management, product ownership, or technology delivery
- Strong project/program management and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership and cross functional influencing skills
- Excellent communication skills; able to present to both technical and business audiences
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions
- Experience working in matrixed and multi-cultural environments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Experience with ServiceNow IRM modules or similar GRC platforms preferred
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma preferred
- Background in process improvement, compliance management, or audit preferred
