About the role

  • Own the global IRM product vision, roadmap, and ongoing delivery for ServiceNow IRM modules (risk assessment, issue & audit management, compliance case management, change/regulatory management, and AI-enabled workflows)
  • Lead digital transformation of risk management through complex technology implementations from planning through go-live and sustainment
  • Coordinate cross-functional, matrixed teams and manage stakeholder engagement at all levels, including senior leadership
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and solution designs
  • Establish and track KPIs and performance measures; report program status and outcomes
  • Drive process improvement using frameworks like Lean/Six Sigma and develop playbooks and governance
  • Ensure solutions meet compliance, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide subject-matter expertise on risk, compliance, audit, and issue management
  • Provide support to the additional Enterprise Risk Management solutions ensuring process efficiency and strategic alignment with IRM

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (JD or Master’s preferred)
  • 8–10+ years of relevant experience in risk management, product ownership, or technology delivery
  • Strong project/program management and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong leadership and cross functional influencing skills
  • Excellent communication skills; able to present to both technical and business audiences
  • Proven ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions
  • Experience working in matrixed and multi-cultural environments
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow IRM modules or similar GRC platforms preferred
  • Certifications such as PMP, Agile, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma preferred
  • Background in process improvement, compliance management, or audit preferred
