About the role

  • Orchestrate New Product Introduction for Hips across the end-to-end supply chain
  • Introduce new products that make ‘supply chain sense’, on-time, cost, quality and service level
  • Influence key product development attributes (manufacturability, sustainability, controls/process capability, network/capacity planning)
  • Act as a Coach to professionals across the Supply Chain
  • Collaborate with R&D team in the development and evolution of Product Development Process
  • Provide development opportunities and mentorship to grow a high-performing, diverse organization
  • Manage a team of SMEs for product/process/resource needs for assigned NPD projects
  • Identify risks and work to assure mitigations during the development and launch phases
  • Orchestrate activities with Supply Chain Engineering teams to assure gross profit objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of overall experience in the regulated manufacturing industry
  • Three (3) years of management experience supervising professional exempt level individuals
  • Experience partnering with R&D organizations in a highly regulated environment
  • Demonstrated success leading product and / or process integrations
  • Knowledgeable in: GMP and pharmaceutical industry applicable regulations, process improvement and capacity enabling methodologies, statistics, quality, all validation requirements for process, cleaning and packaging validation
  • Computer literacy required (MS Office related programs)
  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
