About the role

  • Define and execute the payroll product strategy for divested entities across the Americas
  • Lead the separation of payroll systems and processes, including Clone and Build-Back-New market models
  • Act as Product Owner across solution design, build, testing, and deployment
  • Drive end-to-end execution of payroll separation initiatives while maintaining business continuity
  • Partner with data teams to define migration strategies, mappings, cleansing rules, reconciliation, and archival
  • Ensure statutory compliance, audit readiness, and role-based access controls across countries
  • Find opportunities for process and system enhancements and implement procedures to improve accuracy, efficiency, and operational effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, HR, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience leading or supporting global payroll implementations
  • Direct experience with divestitures, acquisitions, or carve-outs (required)
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise payroll platforms: SAP ECC/SuccessFactors, ADP GlobalView, Workday, Kronos / Workforce Manager
