About the role
- Define and execute the payroll product strategy for divested entities across the Americas
- Lead the separation of payroll systems and processes, including Clone and Build-Back-New market models
- Act as Product Owner across solution design, build, testing, and deployment
- Drive end-to-end execution of payroll separation initiatives while maintaining business continuity
- Partner with data teams to define migration strategies, mappings, cleansing rules, reconciliation, and archival
- Ensure statutory compliance, audit readiness, and role-based access controls across countries
- Find opportunities for process and system enhancements and implement procedures to improve accuracy, efficiency, and operational effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, HR, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience leading or supporting global payroll implementations
- Direct experience with divestitures, acquisitions, or carve-outs (required)
- Hands-on experience with enterprise payroll platforms: SAP ECC/SuccessFactors, ADP GlobalView, Workday, Kronos / Workforce Manager
