About the role

  • Providing financial leadership to the Immunology Therapeutic Area
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver on portfolio prioritization, value creation, and meeting financial targets
  • Delivering on portfolio valuation analyses and shaping business cases
  • Preparing and presenting Immunology financials to Finance, R&D, and GCSO leadership teams
  • Partnering across R&D, GCSO, Supply Chain, and Business Development to align financial assumptions and analyze projected value of investments
  • Problem solving ad-hoc business issues and leading financial cycles

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications preferred.
  • A minimum of three years finance experience is required.
  • Must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must think creatively and be able to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to effectively seek leadership roles in various functions.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to recommend and implement operational improvements, work independently, and handle several tasks simultaneously.
