About the role
- Providing financial leadership to the Immunology Therapeutic Area
- Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver on portfolio prioritization, value creation, and meeting financial targets
- Delivering on portfolio valuation analyses and shaping business cases
- Preparing and presenting Immunology financials to Finance, R&D, and GCSO leadership teams
- Partnering across R&D, GCSO, Supply Chain, and Business Development to align financial assumptions and analyze projected value of investments
- Problem solving ad-hoc business issues and leading financial cycles
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications preferred.
- A minimum of three years finance experience is required.
- Must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must think creatively and be able to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to effectively seek leadership roles in various functions.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to recommend and implement operational improvements, work independently, and handle several tasks simultaneously.
