Lead the US demand Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
Ensure excellent integrity of demand and forecast data
Manage assigned implant/instrument forecasts in a high SKU environment using statistical software
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Finance
Develop detailed execution plans and manage demand plans for new product introductions

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required
MBA preferred
Minimum 4 years of related professional experience required
Supply chain certification (APICS/IBF/Six Sigma) preferred
Hands-on working experience with inventory, planning, order management, ERP or MRP systems, financial processes required
Proficient in MS Office programs: Excel, PowerPoint, Word required
Proficient in advanced analytics and data visualization software design and usage (ex. Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik) preferred
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
