About the role

  • Develop and continuously update training materials, job aids, facilitator guides, and reference tools to support evolving business needs
  • Adapt content based on feedback, field performance trends, and changing market dynamics
  • Ensure all training materials meet compliance and brand standards
  • Deliver engaging, impactful training sessions using adult learning principles and modern facilitation techniques
  • Monitor learner engagement and adjust delivery style in real time to maximize comprehension and retention
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional partners to ensure all components of the SLDP experience are delivered on time and with quality
  • Conduct live and virtual field SLDP coaching to assess competency and identify development needs
  • Support new hires through mentorship, coaching touchpoints, and ongoing development conversations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
  • Minimum 2 years of Territory Account Manager sales experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, teamwork, and project management skills
  • Strong track record of consistent sales results
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight and weekend travel
  • Must be located in (or relocate to) Jacksonville, FL
