About the role

  • Partnering with IMSC Finance and other parts of the supply chain organization to provide insights to inventory movements into and out of the NA region of IMSC sites.
  • Understanding the flow of inventory through our FIFA and JOM models for NA Inventory.
  • Leading intercompany workstreams to ensure P&L and balance sheet accuracy.
  • Working closely with internal audit, PWC, and tax, and leveraging WWPs to maintain compliance for existing and future processes.
  • Maintain close working relationships with adjacent PIC teams (AGP, Global Inventory, CMO) to partner on interdependent handoffs and deliverables.
  • Preparing and booking necessary journal entries and performing balance sheet reconciliations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles is required.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
  • Experience with SAP, Alteryx, Tableau, and similar platforms is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Excellent ability to stay organized and maintain attention to detail is required.
