About the role
- Lead intake, scoping, prioritization, and resolution of automation-related requests
- Ensure robust, fit-for-purpose design and promote standardization
- Provide expert input on key design decisions
- Actively collaborate with automation leads
- Identify opportunities for harmonization and best practices
- Maintain connections with industry experts
- Ensure alignment with enterprise-wide compliance and technology roadmaps
- Collaborate with External Supply teams
Requirements
- BS Degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- At least 10 years in an Automation, OT or IT role
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of industrial automation systems
- Expertise in ISA S95 and S88 standards
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations related to Automation & Computer System Validation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation
- Familiarity with industry standards and networks such as ISPE, GAMP, Industry 4.0 technologies
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, additional languages would be an advantage
- Up to 25% domestic and international travel required
