About the role

  • Lead intake, scoping, prioritization, and resolution of automation-related requests
  • Ensure robust, fit-for-purpose design and promote standardization
  • Provide expert input on key design decisions
  • Actively collaborate with automation leads
  • Identify opportunities for harmonization and best practices
  • Maintain connections with industry experts
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise-wide compliance and technology roadmaps

Requirements

  • BS Degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • At least 10 years in an Automation, OT or IT role
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of industrial automation systems
  • Expertise in ISA S95 and S88 standards
  • Knowledge of cGMP regulations related to Automation & Computer System Validation
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation
  • Familiarity with industry standards and networks such as ISPE, GAMP, Industry 4.0 technologies
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, additional languages would be an advantage
  • Up to 25% domestic and international travel required
