About the role
- Provide technical support to sales representatives and customers
- Communicate product demonstrations
- Answer technical questions from customers
- Establish positive relationships with potential and existing customers
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Account Managers to implement sales plans
- Seek, analyze, and act on customer feedback
- Lead efforts to promote adoption of procedures and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Robotics, or a related domain
- Minimum 5+ experience in Medtech, healthcare sales or technical roles
- Demonstrated experience in medical technology, healthcare sales, or technical roles, with a focus on robotics and medical devices
- Proficiency in the understanding of robotics, human physiology, and medical equipment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
- Flexibility for extensive travel to meet with clients and attend industry events
- Proficient in the use of CRM software and sales analytics tools
