About the role
- Work collaboratively to design and develop dynamic dashboards and visualizations to enhance reporting capabilities
- Partner with Finance, IT, Global Development, and other teams to enhance technology, reporting, and analytical capabilities of the organization.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior finance leadership on reporting solutions
- Identify technology improvements and lead teams to follow through on implementation of these improvements, including creation and updating to procedures and training.
- Assist in initiatives to improve data integrity, governance, and operational efficiency
- Support planning efforts through the coordination and execution of the relevant system procedures.
- Evaluate emerging technologies for reporting solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer science, or related fields is required
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, or related business is required
- Proficiency in Tableau, SAP, Anaplan, Power BI and/or Alteryx required
- Prior experience with a cross-functional, global team is preferred
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills to include PowerPoint, Word, Excel is required
- Deep technical knowledge and excellent communication and leadership skills are required
- An early adopter of technology, pragmatic as needed but capable of innovative thinking relative to new and emerging technologies and analytics is required
- The ability to work well in a dynamic environment, work independently and balance tasks with a strong sense of urgency through effective prioritization is required
- Ability to build strong relationships with business partners and ability to work through ambiguity with a proactive approach is required
