About the role
- Act as strategic finance partner to the EMEA Plan, Source and Supplier Engineering departments
- Ensure accurate financials and lead planning and forecasting activities
- Provide actionable financial insights through performance reporting and analysis
- Lead and coordinate Opex, Capex and Inventory annual budgeting processes
- Own cost center budget vs. actual analytics and develop commentary
- Develop action plans for slow moving and obsolete inventories
- Partner with procurement for purchase price variance analysis
- Oversee physical inventory controls
- Serve as Finance lead for change requests and assess financial impact
- Manage GR/IR reconciliation and ensure month-end accuracy
- Support preparation and submission of Capital Appropriation Request
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance Accounting or related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Adaptive preferred
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision
- Must be able to adapt in a fast-changing environment
