About the role

  • Support the DePuy Synthes Spine Digital and Enabling Technology Platforms (VELYS, TELIGEN)
  • Collaborate on the creation of learning strategies, content, and programs for external/clinical customers
  • Focus on the VELYS Active Robotic Solution and TELIGEN visualization platforms
  • Lead and development end-to-end clinical and skills-based learning strategies and curricula
  • Conduct VELYS Spine Robot+Navigation, TELIGEN, and Core Spine Portfolio Hands-On training
  • Collaborate with regional education and commercial partners to ensure consistency and quality
  • Support in development of strategies to optimally utilize the online platforms of Depuy Synthes

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Device Education, Sales, and/or Marketing or equivalent surgeon customer facing experience.
  • Strong clinical expertise and spine/orthopaedic/medical device training experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and successfully educate to various learning styles using multiple modalities.
  • Strong influence management and communication skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop internal and external networks.
  • Experience and ability to learn variety of proprietary registration, quality, and efficiency related tools.
