About the role
- Managing approximately $125 million or less in spend for Johnson & Johnson Companies
- Identify, develop and direct the implementation of Procurement goals and strategy
- Plan and direct the organization’s activities and deliver against targets for financial performance, quality, service and compliance adherence
- Provide global as well as regional leadership for developing and execution global category strategies
- Develop and implement category strategies that address the unique requirements of Logistics Services and Ground logistics
- Build and maintain relationships throughout JNJ that results in dynamic interactive dialogue
- Develop deep supplier relationships with strategic suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10 years of experience in related field
- Strong level of proficiency with core Procurement skills (e.g., supplier management and performance, supply market analysis, Category Management, Procurement Excellence, etc.)
- Leadership, communication, influencing, collaboration, and talent development skills
- Ability to prioritize requests and propose effective cost/customer service alternatives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Project management skills
- Business Acumen
- Experience in Supply Chain, namely Transportation and Logistics
- Experience in working on transformative projects
- Experience in digital or software implementation (either directly or indirectly)
