About the role
- Support product strategy execution and manage prioritized features.
- Coordinate application lifecycle activities, including testing, documentation, and change approvals.
- Maintain accurate application inventory and ensure data quality in CMDB.
- Track progress of development work and report status to stakeholders.
- Partner with enterprise architecture and application services teams to implement roadmaps.
- Act as IT interface for assigned product lines, understanding business needs and priorities.
- Collaborate with vendors for product evaluations and recommendations.
- Monitor application performance and ensure SLAs are met.
- Identify process pain points and propose improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and assess their impact on business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in IT application management or product ownership.
- Familiarity with pharmacovigilance processes and compliance requirements preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile methodology and modern technologies (Automation, AI, Big Data) is a plus.
