About the role
- Develop and execute business plans to drive utilization in existing NeuWave Medical Accounts.
- Focus efforts around recruiting new users, educating referring physicians, and executing training of physicians and staff.
- Responsible for sales including, but not limited to probes, service agreements, system upgrades and second systems.
- Manage all aspects of the customer selling lifecycle to achieve consistent, profitable and sustainable sales revenue.
- Build VALUE CREATION to strengthen relationships, protect from competitors and grow accounts.
- Develop professional education events tailored to each market with an understanding of tools and resources.
- Serve as a technical consultant to physicians in procedure rooms during live cases.
- Oversee and execute implementation and account development processes of Hospitals.
- Understand account needs and establish plans and solutions that meet those needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of relevant Medical Device/ Healthcare and/or Business-to-Business sales experience
- Strong proven medical device sales track record with documented growth and achievements.
- Demonstrated success in previous sales roles, indicating a high level of sales performance, influence and selling skills
- Capital Equipment experience
- Market development or product launch experience
- Strong business acumen, including C-Suite customer experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% – 60%
