About the role
- Establish Impella & Heart Recovery as new Standard of Care in Poland through training and support.
- Leverage existing accounts for deeper and wider Impella Therapy penetration.
- Build relationships with critical decision makers and KOLs in the assigned area.
- Enable and drive patient growth and clinical performance in key centers throughout the region.
- Initiate and coordinate Abiomed customer training programs.
- Improve patient outcomes by implementing latest Abiomed clinical strategies.
- Plan regular visits to monitor activity and collect clinically relevant data.
Requirements
- A Bachelor or advanced degree.
- Proficiency in Hungarian or Slovak and fluent knowledge of English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device with a long string in cardiovascular space is a must, heart failure preferred.
- Experience in direct patient support in a Cath Lab, ICU, or CCU preferred.
- Proven track record of success, in launching high value therapies and achieving high growth rates.
- Established relationships/network of Interventional Cardiologists and Cath Lab staff in Poland preferred.
- Ability to roll up the sleeves and support physicians and patients anytime.
- Availability for emergent patient care required.
- Experience delivering demonstrations and successful trainings.
- Ability to travel 80%+ within region required.
