About the role
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals for Cardiovascular BU in Slovenia and Croatia.
- Monitor sales performance, provide insights, and ensure timely adjustments to maintain competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align sales efforts with marketing strategies and operational goals.
- Manage a team of individual contributors, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
- Lead and manage through organizational change, ensuring team alignment with new strategies and processes.
- Work with multiple departments, including Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to develop cohesive strategies that align with business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Direct and oversee activities for strategic initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and approvals.
Requirements
- University degree
- 5+ years of experience in sales and customer management responsibilities, within the healthcare medtech industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Fluent English, native Slovenian or Croatian
- Driving license – category B
