About the role

  • Leading a team of sales reps focused on driving sales activities to achieve business objectives
  • Development, implementation, and execution of sales targets
  • Manages sales promotion activities
  • Recommends product modifications or improvements to product line
  • Provides input for the development of products
  • Executes sales processes which includes business plans, contract strategy, execution, and pricing models
  • Maintains and expands current accounts, builds new accounts
  • Coaches sales team on the selling cycle
  • Manages divisional budget and communicates budgetary limits
  • Facilitates the attraction, hiring, and motivation of sales staff
  • Coaches and mentors subordinates and appraises their performance
  • Handles customer product questions and objections
  • Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level
  • Ensures compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed

Requirements

  • 6 years of total work experience required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA or equivalent is preferred
  • Sales or marketing management experience
  • Sales experience with documented history of sales success in a medical device sales environment
  • Experience selling to surgeons in an operating room environment and/or experience calling on plastic surgeons
  • Aesthetics sales experience and experience calling on plastic surgeons
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong Business Insight & analytical skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Ability to travel overnight and/or on weekends, approximately 75%
  • Valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 United States and a clean driving record is required
