About the role

  • Developing and shaping the Clinical Development Plan (CDP), trial designs and Market Access strategy for the assigned assets in the early GU Oncology portfolio.
  • Providing strategic market access leadership across assets.
  • Expertly representing market access within Compound Development Team and other global strategy teams.
  • Building strong relationships and effective collaboration within the matrix.
  • Shaping key strategic decisions through input/contributions to Clinical Development and Integrated Evidence Generation Plans.

Requirements

  • Masters’ Degree
  • >10 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry (global, regional or operating company level) with a focus on Payer Access.
  • 8 years experience of the reimbursement environment for key global markets, preferably in Market Access Leadership positions
  • Strong experience in multiple therapy areas, including Oncology.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to successfully work in a matrix organization, across functional and geographic boundaries, preferably across multiple countries/market types/access models.
