About the role
- Develop and execute the digital transformation strategy and roadmap for the E2E UK markets
- Identify and implement emerging technologies to improve efficiency and customer engagement
- Lead process optimization and automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve scalability
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver transformation projects
- Oversee technology deployment and ensure seamless integration with existing systems (e.g., SAP S4/HANA, MyMediset, EWM for stock management)
- Drive adoption and change management, including training and communication programs
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure success and provide data-driven insights to leadership
Requirements
- Degree in relevant field
- Proven experience in digital transformation within large organizations
- Familiarity with supply chain systems and customer services processes
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects across regions
- Strategic planning and execution
- Change management and stakeholder engagement
- Technical expertise in digital platforms and enterprise systems (Power Bi, Power Automate, Power Apps, GHX, Genesys Cloud, Gen Ai, Salesforce.com, Sap S4/Hana, Azure Databricks)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project management experience with agile methodologies
