About the role
- Develops and implements training strategy and design for clinical trial training
- Engages with key stakeholders, vendors, and leads teams responsible for training
- Collaborates with Director, GCO Learning & Training to enhance organizational strategy
- Oversees departmental initiatives connected to creation, delivery, maintenance, and evaluation of training programs
- Evaluates data from training programs and makes recommendations for changes to strategy
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum of 8-10 years of previous pharmaceutical or related industry experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of business experience working in education and/or design and development role
- Knowledge of the overall drug development process
- Well-developed skills and knowledge of core business processes and practices
- Ability to translate data into information and strategies into executable action plans improving the business
- Ability to motivate professional colleagues and stakeholders
- Subject matter expert in adult learning principles & practices
- Familiarity with content authoring tools and software
- Ability to travel 10% of the time, defined by business needs
