About the role

  • Champion performance metrics and continuous improvement for Deployment Organization, including Root Cause Analysis, Lessons Learned, Process Flow, System Workflow, and Design Improvements.
  • Utilize mapping software and deployment software to develop new “Go to Market” in support of business initiatives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize territory design and field force structure.
  • Train Strategic Deployment Team members on territory design strategy and modeling capabilities.
  • Lead cross functional teams toward process improvement capabilities.
  • Managing deployment related data sources and territory mapping software.
  • Develop policy and governance rules supporting field sales structures.
  • Generating management consumable insight from data sources that support strategic decision making.
  • Providing analytic support to Commercial Operations Leadership as needed.
  • Maintaining responsibility for the timely resolution of field-based change requests.
  • Developing and administering special projects to improve analytics and field deployment capabilities of the department as well as preparing presentations and reports to support sales leadership.
  • Collaborating with customers and sales personnel to understand business factors influencing optimal deployment designs.
  • Summarize and interpret key findings and develop reporting tools that provide actionable data to the field sales organization.
  • Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level.
  • Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • An Advanced (MBA) degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of six (6) years of business experience is required with a discipline in Sales, Marketing, Finance and Business Administration preferred.
  • Demonstrated analytical experience and ability to interpret large data sources into business requirements is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess business impact across different functions is required.
  • Ability to plan and execute multiple projects concurrently is required.
  • Strict attention to detail and follow-up skills are required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to perform in a team environment are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Strong Data mining capability, experience with common visual based analytic software technologies (Tableau, Qlik Sense) is preferred.
  • Direct experience in field sales force design and/or operation support of a field selling organization is preferred.
  • Direct experience with process improvement is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical device terminology is preferred.
  • Experience or familiarity with mapping software preferred.
