About the role
- Lead and mentor engineering teams and manage lab testing and validation activities
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with product roadmaps
- Integrate AI and advanced simulation tools to optimize thermal system design
- Build partnerships with industry leaders and participate in forums and conferences
- Present high-level reports to senior leadership and foster internal communication
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience required in thermodynamics and thermal systems in automotive and/or HVAC
- Strong knowledge of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and thermal simulation tools
- Experience with sustainable refrigerants and global thermal system regulations (Bonus)
- Fluency in French, German, or Italian in addition to English (Bonus)
