About the role

  • Design and deliver advanced CCTV and Access Control systems, including new builds and system upgrades
  • Support sales teams with technical input and conduct site surveys
  • Participate in system acceptance testing
  • Produce detailed schematics, parts lists, specifications, schedules, and wiring/equipment layouts
  • Perform technical calculations (e.g., network bandwidth, power, heat dissipation)
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with commissioning engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system setup (remotely, in-office, or on-site)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the Security industry, specifically with CCTV systems and Access Control
  • Strong knowledge of IP and analogue CCTV components
  • Knowledge of Access Control systems
  • Knowledge of IP networking, copper, fibre, and wireless communications
  • Knowledge of PC server/client architecture
  • Familiarity with leading VMS and ACS platforms such as C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec, and Synergy
  • Bonus: Experience with Intruder and BMS systems
  • Bonus: Experience with legacy protocols (RS232, RS485)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible, self-motivated approach with ability to manage multiple projects
