About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end delivery of small and medium commercial HVAC projects, from sales handover to completion
Manage full project lifecycle: design input, installation, commissioning, and handover
Plan programmes, labour, and materials
Conduct site surveys; oversee engineers and subcontractors
Ensure quality, energy performance, and compliance
Manage budgets, costs, variations, and profitability
Ensure Health & Safety compliance (RAMS, audits)
Build strong client relationships and collaborate with internal teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Project management experience in HVAC/building services
Track record delivering commercial projects end-to-end
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRV/VRF, chillers, ventilation)
Commercial awareness (budgets, timelines, subcontractors)
Health & Safety knowledge (CDM)
Strong communication and ability to balance site/office work
Service/install HVAC environment experience (preferred)
Relevant qualifications (APM, PRINCE2) (preferred)
H&S certifications (IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS, CSCS) (preferred)
Ability to interpret technical drawings (preferred)
MS Office and project planning tools (preferred)
