About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Planning, monitoring and managing technical projects from initiation to completion.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborating with engineering, product, and stakeholder teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Implementing and enforcing Agile methodologies for efficient workflow.
  • Fostering collaboration, communication, and problem-solving among team members and stakeholders.
  • Analyzing project demands, resource availability and constraints to develop effective resource allocation plans.
  • Optimizing resource utilization by identifying and resolving conflicts, bottlenecks or imbalances in resource allocation.

  • Providing guidance and support to project teams in resource-related matters, including staffing, skill requirements and resource acquisition.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Technical/Associate Degree with 5-10 years experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, resource management, project delivery, and/or technical leadership.
  • Proficient knowledge of 3D design software (CREO) and general knowledge of 3D Design Intent Concepts.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience in risk management, technical leadership, and quality assurance.
  • High adaptability with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess resource demands and optimize resource allocation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • A strategic perspective, with the ability to think proactively and implement resource management strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Experience in managing remote or geographically dispersed teams.
