About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for all new product development, product improvement, and sustaining changes to a given product line
- Mentoring and guiding junior employees
- Implementing process improvements for the team
- Work closely with Product Design Managers to complete initiatives accurately and on time
Requirements
What you’ll need- 0 - 3 years of CREO modeling experience specifically with electrical schematic design, 3D harness routing, and connector design
- Associates degree in Mechanical Design, or Electrical Design, or in lieu of a degree 5-7 years of experience
- Ability, or desire, to mentor/train
