About the role
- Perform a full range of responsibilities requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out engineering tasks.
- Work collaboratively to determine best techniques/procedures/theories
- Apply statistical analysis and other quality principles and tools.
- Define, plan & promote project work.
- Drive for results and plan cross-functional work with other departments.
- Responsible for technical direction of designers and technicians on specific work assignments.
- Guide and mentor less experienced engineers.
- Analyze product design requirements and recommend solutions.
- Promote Design for Manufacturability philosophy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 0-3 years of professional experience as a Mechanical Engineer
- Understanding of business principles and basic project management
- US citizen and/or permanent resident
- AutoCAD / Inventor experience
