About the role
- Lead New Product Development, Product Improvement, and Sustaining Changes to a product line
- Advise on complex design and engineering decisions
- Maintain schedules to complete large scale projects on time
- Delegate work to the supporting design team
- Collaborate with Product Design Managers for accurate initiative completion
- Mentor and guide junior roles
- Implement process improvements for the team
Requirements
- Expert level CREO modeling expertise
- Technical/Associate Degree with 10 years’ experience in a related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Basic understanding of team leadership qualities/practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
