About the role

  • Apply technology and control theory to develop models and system solutions for Building Automation systems (BAS)
  • Implementation and test of control applications for commercial HVAC systems and standalone equipment
  • Interface directly with engineers from multiple disciplines to develop system-wide solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering or a closely related discipline
  • 5+ years related software development experience
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Willingness to interact with other disciplines
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional, matrixed team environment
  • Experience with MATLAB and Simulink
  • Experience with classical control theory (PI or PID)
