About the role
- Manage and guide a team of 10 HR Operations professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Foster a performance-driven culture and set clear performance expectations and goals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance service delivery
- Create and customize dashboards to prioritize team and individual workloads
- Develop and coach team members through feedback, mentoring, and professional development planning
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll and other stakeholders
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of requests within HR systems (Workday) and case management
- Maintain compliance with HRSSC transactional processes and regulatory requirements
- Resolve discrepancies and perform data corrections and analysis within Workday
- Conduct process analysis, optimization, and documentation for audits and internal requests
- Maintain cooperative relationships with employee representatives and ensure compliance with labor law for hiring, job changes, and terminations
- Manage compensation and benefits processes such as bonuses, anniversaries, and salary reviews
- Lead and support national and international HR projects
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a service delivery environment, preferably in HR or Operations
- Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives (process optimization, automation)
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills for personnel controlling and data-driven decision-making
- Quick comprehension of complex processes and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience leading global or regional projects
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- High attention to detail with strong planning and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in continuous improvement, change management, and data analysis
- Experience with database management systems, especially Workday
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and SharePoint
- Basic knowledge of labor law and works constitution act (preferred)
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
