About the role

  • Manage and guide a team of 10 HR Operations professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Foster a performance-driven culture and set clear performance expectations and goals
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance service delivery
  • Create and customize dashboards to prioritize team and individual workloads
  • Develop and coach team members through feedback, mentoring, and professional development planning
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll and other stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of requests within HR systems (Workday) and case management
  • Maintain compliance with HRSSC transactional processes and regulatory requirements
  • Resolve discrepancies and perform data corrections and analysis within Workday
  • Conduct process analysis, optimization, and documentation for audits and internal requests
  • Maintain cooperative relationships with employee representatives and ensure compliance with labor law for hiring, job changes, and terminations
  • Manage compensation and benefits processes such as bonuses, anniversaries, and salary reviews
  • Lead and support national and international HR projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a service delivery environment, preferably in HR or Operations
  • Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives (process optimization, automation)
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical skills for personnel controlling and data-driven decision-making
  • Quick comprehension of complex processes and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience leading global or regional projects
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail with strong planning and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in continuous improvement, change management, and data analysis
  • Experience with database management systems, especially Workday
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and SharePoint
  • Basic knowledge of labor law and works constitution act (preferred)
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
