About the role
- Lead the Global Products and Solutions engineering early talent program
- Oversee the development of interns and rotational associates across various engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, software, systems)
- Focus on building a strong pipeline of engineering talent through structured development programs
- Report directly to the Vice President of Engineering Excellence
- Collaborate with engineering leaders, HR, and Learning & Development partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, software, systems, or related field)
- 8+ years progressive engineering experience
- 3+ years of experience being in a leadership, or program management, role
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and engineering-related software tools including AI
- Facilitation experience with developing blended learning solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
