About the role
- Rotate across Johnson Controls’ key products, solutions, and business portfolios
- Strengthen technical foundation, customer engagement skills, and commercial awareness
- Shadow sales engineers and managers during customer visits, solution walkthroughs, and project discussions
- Support Proposal & Solution Development
- Participate in full sales lifecycle from opportunity qualification to proposal, project execution, and post-sales engagement
- Develop sales leads, perform market scans, and monitor competitor activities across different product portfolios
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Self-driven, positive and business growth mindset
