About the role
- Sales support for our existing customers, trade partners and facility companies throughout Austria
- Preparation of customer-specific proposals and maintenance concepts for systems, solutions and services in the area of Security & Controls
- Quotation, pricing and sale of service offerings and associated maintenance concepts
- Handling of customer inquiries, preparation of offers and participation in tenders
- Close cooperation with sales colleagues and project managers to ensure optimal customer care
Requirements
- Technical education (e.g., apprenticeship as an electrician, vocational school, HTL in mechanical engineering, mechatronics) or comparable qualification with several years of sales experience in the field of services
- Confident appearance and strong negotiation skills
- Experience in customer support and in selling technical products or projects
- Ideally experience in project and plant business as well as knowledge in the areas of security, controls and building management systems
- Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to recognize opportunities and turn them into solutions
- Good IT skills (MS Office, Salesforce CRM)
- Excellent written and spoken German; English is an advantage
- Valid Class B driver's license
