About the role
- Provide commercial, competitive and technical application support on all aspects of Custom Air Units
- Work with a small team to provide resolutions to the field selling organization
- Provide application training and Project Management as required
- Support Customer Visits as necessary
- Participate in testing of AHU selection and pricing software
- Work with sales, manufacturing, engineering, and Customer Service to resolve order issues
- Assist Technical Service with field application issues
- Develop technical documents to support sales
- Strive for continuous improvement and teamwork in product development
Requirements
- Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 3+ years experience in related field
- Design experience with AutoCAD and/or Inventor
