About the role

  • Business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in fire protection and security services.
  • Develop and maintain a robust customer base.
  • Customer management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and respond to inquiries about fire protection and security solutions.
  • Product knowledge: Stay informed about the latest products, technologies, and regulatory requirements in fire protection and security to provide accurate information and recommendations.
  • Preparation of proposals and cost estimates: Prepare and present proposals and quotes for fire protection and security services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery and support.
  • Coordination with marketing and operations to improve the service offering.
  • Market analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Initial sales experience in the fire protection or security technology sector (or similar).
  • Strong understanding of fire protection and security systems and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
