About the role
- Provide technical support on Bosch CCTV, Lenel Access Control systems and other Integrated systems.
- Assist in supporting and troubleshooting enterprise level security systems.
- Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance and ensure all relevant documents are passed to the Program Manager.
- Act as the single point of contact to organize on-site activities.
Requirements
- Experience within the Security industry with knowledge of repair and maintenance of large systems.
- Expert knowledge in mainstream and top end Access Control, CCTV and Security systems including cameras.
- Working knowledge of industry standards, demonstrable knowledge of IP technology and have a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Had or have previous experience working in a customer facing environment.
- Must hold a full clean driving license.
