About the role

  • Generate headcount models for the number of front-line sellers needed globally across all domains.
  • Drive business growth by identifying markets in need of hiring front line sellers and helping to set quotas globally.
  • Exposure to many areas of the business and help identify key areas of data and process improvement.
  • Work with key stakeholders to identify, source, and produce new lead workflows for our Commercial Sales business.
  • Design and build data flows, queries, models, and effective data visualizations.
  • Develop a holistic understanding of how data flows across HR Systems, CRM platforms, ERPs, and other source systems to the enterprise data platform.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Economics); or equivalent working experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Snowflake and PowerBI.
  • Experience working with data generated from CRMs and/or ERPs.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and Workday
  • Ability to communicate well with both senior business leadership and technical partners.
  • Ability to work in a global team environment.
