About the role
- Responsible for coordinating purchase orders from clients
- Upload purchase orders into ERP system for team progression
- Responsible for invoicing internal and external clients
- Complete paperwork validation and auditable checks
- Carry out verification checks on field service engineer reports
- Raise invoices and collaborate with offshore Finance teams
- Work on multiple customer portals
- Submit supplier remittances and issue customer remittances
- Assist Senior Management in cash collection
- Manage admin duties, including emails and telephones
- Manage diaries and reschedule works as necessary
Requirements
- Customer Service skills and experience
- Outstanding written and verbal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a high-pressured environment
- Computer proficiency with the ability to handle multiple PC applications at once
- A strong sense of urgency, the ability to follow-through and have attention to detail
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational skills
- Previous invoicing / administration experience
