About the role

  • Responsible for coordinating purchase orders from clients
  • Upload purchase orders into ERP system for team progression
  • Responsible for invoicing internal and external clients
  • Complete paperwork validation and auditable checks
  • Carry out verification checks on field service engineer reports
  • Raise invoices and collaborate with offshore Finance teams
  • Work on multiple customer portals
  • Submit supplier remittances and issue customer remittances
  • Assist Senior Management in cash collection
  • Manage admin duties, including emails and telephones
  • Manage diaries and reschedule works as necessary

Requirements

  • Customer Service skills and experience
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a high-pressured environment
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to handle multiple PC applications at once
  • A strong sense of urgency, the ability to follow-through and have attention to detail
  • Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Previous invoicing / administration experience
