About the role
- Carry out the installation of Mechanical Fire Suppression Systems for commercial, industrial, public sector, and blue-chip environments
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to delivering high-quality installations, and a proactive approach to health and safety while exceeding customer expectations
- Install systems using your knowledge of mechanical fire suppression systems, including sprinklers, valves, and related components
- Deliver an excellent customer experience by providing professional service, solving problems effectively, and identifying potential opportunities for future work
- Complete site documentation and reports accurately
- Contribute to a Zero Harm culture by maintaining a safe and secure workplace and actively promoting safe working practices
- Be punctual, flexible, and willing to work additional hours when required to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in the installation of mechanical fire suppression systems, including sprinklers, valves, and associated components
- Relevant industry experience within the sprinkler sector
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications
- Capability to complete site documentation and reports accurately
- Full UK driving licence and a valid CSCS card
- Willingness to travel extensively and stay away overnight when required
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Technical understanding of fire legislation and industry standards
