About the role
- Responsible for managing core supplier’s business planning and performance
- Engage Johnson Brothers Leadership during process
- Oversee Supplier(s) Planning Process
- Communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio priorities
- Manage Budgets: Grant/Tactical/Trade $’s/Discounts/LMF
- Coordinate mid-month and end of month business reviews
- Collaborate with Supplier to build comprehensive training programs
- Ensure compliance measures are in place
Requirements
- 4 Year Degree
- People management experience
- Brand/Supplier management experience
- Experience in Beverage Alcohol Industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
- Ability to think critically & solve problems
- Strong presentation skills
