About the role
- Central point of contact for the SaaS product 'Regulatory Radar'
- Coordinate requirements, priorities, and implementation between enterprise customers, engineering, marketing, and sales
- Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Understand customer needs, validate hypotheses, design solution approaches, and define features
- Support requirements analysis and sales processes
- Lead the development team and coordinate collaboration
Requirements
- Several years of experience in product management for digital products — ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confident working in cross-functional teams
- Initial leadership experience and motivation to take on responsibility
- Good technical understanding and knowledge of modern software architectures
- Ideally experience in MedTech / regulatory / compliance environments or regulatory intelligence
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
