About the role
- Handling administrative and organizational tasks, such as mail processing and ordering office supplies
- Managing the digital filing system and liaising with property management, the cleaning service, and other external parties
- Organizing and coordinating our presence at trade fairs and conferences
- Planning and organizing our team days from the initial idea to the final details
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. in event management or as an event specialist
- Experience in office management, event management, or trade fair organization
- Customer- and service-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills with excellent communication abilities
- Enjoy working in a team and a passion for organizing and coordinating
- Confident handling of digital environments and proficiency in MS Office
