About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve and expand the client portfolio by promoting solutions aligned with business objectives;
  • Conduct sales visits and deliver product or service presentations;
  • Identify new business opportunities and engage in client prospecting;
  • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate terms, prices, and contractual conditions;
  • Manage the full sales cycle: pre-sales, negotiation, closing, and post-sales;
  • Keep the CRM updated with client information, negotiation details, and follow-ups;
  • Monitor commercial performance indicators and targets;
  • Act as the focal point between clients and internal teams to ensure value delivery;
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior;
  • Participate in events, trade shows, and strategic meetings as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of the full sales cycle (B2B and/or B2C, depending on the segment)
  • Proficiency in negotiation techniques, consultative selling, and closing sales
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, RD Station, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Ability to prepare commercial proposals and reports
  • Basic knowledge of market analysis, competitor assessment, and pricing
  • Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) – intermediate to advanced level.
