About the role

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation (inbound and outbound) through contract closing.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations about our business to qualified inbound leads, ensuring a personalized, high-value experience through consultative selling using tools such as CRM, email, phone, WhatsApp and videoconference;
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure achievement of targets.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM: keep it updated with all sales opportunities, maintain records and request reports.
  • Collaborate with product, architecture, logistics and relationship teams to align solutions with customer needs (mapping timelines, decision-makers, strategic objectives and other relevant points to enable the sale);
  • Conduct active outbound prospecting, identifying and qualifying new potential clients in target markets;
  • Identify market trends and share insights for the continuous improvement of commercial strategies;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Administration, Marketing or Architecture;
  • Experience in commercial/sales roles, preferably in B2B sales;
  • Experience with consultative selling;
  • Knowledge of Inbound and Outbound sales;
  • Results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills; able to work well in teams;
  • Creative and innovative mindset to propose new ideas;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
  • Experience using CRM tools (RD Station);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
