About the role
- Support estate assessment and identify areas for new growth
- Recommend sales forecasts for new store locations
- Manage forecasting tools and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with finance, customer, and real estate teams
- Suggest improvements based on performance reviews
- Evaluate impact of online growth on physical estate sales forecasting
Requirements
- Catchment analysis and location planning experience in a retail environment
- Use of GIS (Geographic Information Systems)
- Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis
- Good communication skills
- Project Management experience
- Full UK driving license
- Experience of grocery opening programmes in the convenience sector (desirable)
