Build complex data models and conduct complex data analysis in support of research projects.
Coordinate data and data analysis activities across multiple studies.
Lead a specific gene-environment interaction analytic project for the GEARS autism center of excellence.
Develop, manage, and maintain a database of survey data from a multi-site study.
Develop standard operating procedures for initial data entry and data updates.
Oversee quality control procedures for the database and ongoing analysis.
Develop data models and conduct statistical analyses of data collected to support empirical study.
Build transmission models and create software tools across diverse programming languages to support research efforts.
Requirements
Master's Degree in related field.
One-year of related experience.
Highly specialized advanced knowledge, education and/or training in a specialized field of study to conduct research.
PhD in a related field (preferred).
Genetic epidemiology or statistical genetics training and experience (preferred).
Experience performing analyses on a high-performance compute cluster, utilizing parallelization and multi-threading, and mastery of the R statistical language (preferred).
Experience in neurodevelopmental outcomes and prenatal exposures (preferred).
