Key responsibilities & impact

Hold level-3 technical ownership in collaboration with the communications partner
Design the remote-control failsafe system: direct wireless control for training and testing
Address robotics doctrinal requirements within the communications architecture
Define denied-spectrum concept of operations: graceful degradation of autonomy and communications under electronic warfare conditions
Co-design the authority-sharing state machine (human-in-the-loop, human-out-of-the-loop, self-defense modes)
Own level-3 commissioning: first remote-control loop, first mesh link

Requirements

What you’ll need

Military background in communications, electronic warfare, or signal expertise
Preferred officer-level experience
Technical understanding of tactical communications: integration of software-defined radio, mesh networking, satellite communications concepts
Interest or experience in robotics, unmanned systems, or autonomous operations
Ability to develop doctrine: translate operational needs into technical requirements and vice versa
Understanding of command-and-control frameworks and standards used in allied ground operations
Professional proficiency in French and English.
